Welcome back!
I'm so excited for this one...here I have curated a whole post dedicated to my favourite/most recommended wellness products.
Just click on each photo and it should take you to the exact page at which you can purchase it.

This Indigo weighted blanket has been a game changer for my anxiety and restlessness while sleeping. I have the 15 LB one but that's dependant on your weight (it should be 10% of your weight). Pricey but sooo worth it!

So I was skeptical about this because I thought it was just another trend and I didn't wanna just hop on the bandwagon, but...it's also been a game changer for me! I love water but I'm not that great at remembering to drink enough of it throughout the day. But my Hydroflask has honestly changed that. I have this exact white one because it's clean and slick, and its 32 OZ with a straw top. It keeps my water cold all day and I take it everywhere with me. Again, a little pricey for a water bottle but well worth it.

Say it with me: SEXUAL WELLNESS IS WELLNESS!
This little guy is cool because its basically a more powerful bullet. The shape at the end makes it a little more versatile and exciting than your typical bullet as well! And as usual, a little pricey but worth it.

I absolutely loveee my Sage diffuser! I got it as a gift, a couple years ago and it's been a staple in my life ever since! Its just amazing...it's powerful, it runs for a long time, and its pretty! As with all things on this list, you can easily find dupes (let me know if you guys want a post like this but with dupes/cheaper alternatives instead), it all comes down to when you are able to invest a little more.

This is my Vanity Planet face steamer... I love it and it's been an amazing addition to my skincare routine. Its awesome as self-care and skincare because it's super relaxing and feels really luxurious.

So I really debated putting this in here but I just decided to say fuck it lol.
I got my Apple Watch as a gift, and I do love it. I'll be honest and say that it's definitely overpriced and I wouldn't have bought it for myself but i'm glad I have it. It's great for tracking exercise/movement, and it's great for while i'm working and can't check my phone because I can control calls, messages, and music from it. Wellness wise, I really love it for it's "anxiety features" (they're not actually anxiety features, I just call them that lol) such as meditation breaths throughout the day, and heart rate tracking. I believe there are other smart watches out there that probably have many of the same great features as the Apple Watch, but I recommend doing your research first!

These are my sensory rings for anxiety. They're super cheap on Amazon and they're basically just little spiky rings that you roll on and off your fingers as a relaxation technique. Highly reccomend!

This right here is my Gua Sha kit. They are jade stone muscle scraping tools for your face! These are another luxurious (but affordable) addition to my skincare routine. They're great for jaw tension and wrinkle prevention, and it's super relaxing to massage your face with these!

I've recently incorporated a copper tongue scraper into my routine and I highly recommend! Super affordable and there are so many benefits. It's great for bacteria removal, fresh breath, and gut health!

I actually haven't read this book yet but I've heard lot's of great things about it and it's definitely on my future reading list. I think it's really important to be aware of what birth control does to us (good and bad!). This is how we take control of our reproductive health, knowledge is power!

And last but not least, this handmade incense holder is from my site, and I honestly use it daily! I loveee burning lavender incense every morning in my bedroom to start my day of right! I highly recommend incorporating this into your daily routine.
